Cleansing

Face wash or face scrub. Here's when to use which.

FACT

Face wash and face scrub are both cleansers, but they are not interchangeable. Face wash is a daily product. Face scrub is a weekly one. Using them correctly means knowing which to reach for and when, not just owning both.

IMPACT

Reach for the scrub every day and you'll over-exfoliate, stripping the skin barrier and causing dryness and irritation. Skip the scrub entirely and dead cells build up, leaving skin dull and pores blocked no matter how well you wash. The right rhythm makes the difference.

DO THIS

Face Wash - every morning and every evening. This is your foundation. It removes the oil, dirt and daily build-up that accumulates on your skin around the clock. No days off.

Face Scrub - two to three times a week, in the evening, in place of your face wash. Not on top of it. A simple rhythm: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Face wash on every other day and every morning.
