What To Look For In A Face Cream

FACT

Not all face creams are equal. Your choice makes a difference and ingredients matter. A good face cream needs proven actives that hydrate deep, strengthen your skin barrier and support your skin long term. A few key ingredients do most of the heavy lifting.

IMPACT

Hyaluronic acid draws moisture into the skin and holds it there. Glycerin and urea strengthen the skin barrier and lock hydration in. Niacinamide evens skin tone and reduces pores. Natural plant oils like canola, shea butter and borago seed oil nourish without clogging. When these ingredients work together the result is skin that feels hydrated, looks healthier and ages slower. When they are missing your effort is not paying off as it should.

DO THIS

Check the ingredient list before you buy. Look for hyaluronic acid, glycerin and urea as a minimum. Choose a texture that suits your skin, light and fast absorbing for normal to oily skin, richer and more intense for dry or mature skin. Be safe and choose dermatologically tested products with documented results.
