Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for orders placed online at www.carlandson.com
We would like to familiarise you below with our standard terms and conditions, which govern how we process and settle your purchases.
- Purchase and delivery
By clicking on "Buy now", you are placing a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Once you have submitted your order, we will immediately send you an e-mail acknowledgement of your order. This confirms that we have received your order but is not an acceptance of your offer. A binding contract is formed when the items have been despatched. In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will let you know as soon as we can and, where payment has already been made, make a refund to your payment method without undue delay.
- Prices and shipping
All prices are given in selected currency. The prices given on the website on the date the order is placed shall apply. The stated prices are final prices (totals) and include any applicable delivery charge and value added tax (VAT) at the applicable statutory rate. All items remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
We offer free delivery worldwide.
- Payment
We accept the following payment methods: debit and credit card, and payment through Klarna. We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods for a given order and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the European Union (EU). You are responsible for any costs associated with money transactions.
- Vouchers
Below applies to both gift and promotional vouchers. Vouchers are issued by Carl&Son and are valid for a certain period of time. Vouchers can be redeemed once only in connection with an order, and only within the specified period. The value of the items ordered must equal or exceed the value of the voucher. No refund or credit will be given for underspend. If the voucher does not cover the value of the merchandise, the difference can be paid using any of the accepted payment methods. The value of vouchers will not be paid out in cash, nor will it accrue interest. Vouchers will not be refunded if all or some of the items you ordered are returned. Vouchers can only be redeemed before the ordering process is complete. It is not possible to apply vouchers retrospectively. Vouchers cannot be transferred to third parties, unless we have agreed otherwise. It is not possible to combine multiple vouchers.
4.5 If you return items which you bought using a voucher, and, as a result, the total value of your order is less than or equal to the value of the voucher or if you fall below the offer threshold, we will adjust the refund accordingly.
- Cancellation and Returns
When you purchase an item from www.carlandson.com you have a statutory right of cancellation. When returning products all costs related are paid by you. We will reimburse all payments received by you related to purchased product, given the products are not damaged nor open. Please note that refunds are not valid for discounted products. Damaged goods
If a shipment is lost or damaged, you should report to the pick-up service and save a copy of the report. If products are damaged, please take a photo of the products and email us at info@carlandsonskincare.com and we will contact you immediately to solve the situation.
- Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. You may bring legal proceedings against Carl&Son in Swedish court.
