Your skin renews itself constantly but dead skin cells don't always shed efficiently. They build up and block pores, leaving your complexion dull and matt. Beyond a dull appearance, clogged pores increase the risk of spots. You also get less out of your other skincare products because you are essentially caring for dead skin. To work with fresh, healthy skin you need to exfoliate regularly, something your face wash alone cannot do. The two most common methods are mechanical or chemical exfoliation. Or why not both?

WHAT

CARL&SON Face Scrub is dual-action, meaning it works both mechanically and chemically. It contains small exfoliating particles that physically scrub away dead skin cells. It also contains BHA acids that work beneath the surface, breaking down oil and impurities that clog pores from within. Together they deliver optimal exfoliation. Jojoba peeling spheres & microcrystals Gentle physical exfoliation that lifts away dead skin cells and surface impurities without damaging the skin barrier.

BHA acids Penetrate deep into the pores, dissolving impurities and excess oil that build up beneath the surface, reducing blackheads and blemishes over time.

Linden wood extract Rich in natural soothing properties, which calm the skin during and after exfoliation, reducing redness and irritation.

Urea Softens and loosens dead skin cells, making them easier to remove, leaving skin noticeably smoother after every use.

Glycerin Draws moisture into the skin and locks it in so your face feels hydrated and balanced, not stripped, after scrubbing.

Allantoin Supports skin cell renewal and soothes any sensitivity, helping your skin recover and feel comfortable after exfoliation.

HOW

Apply a small amount to damp skin and massage gently in circular motions using your hands or better yet the Face Scrubber. You do not need to press hard, the product does the work. Rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry with a clean towel. Use one to three times a week. Unlike your daily face wash this is an intensive treatment that works deep into the skin. Overuse can stress the skin. Always follow up with moisture, ideally both Face Serum and Face Cream Light or Face Cream Intense.

PRO TIP!

Apply in the sauna and leave the product on for 5—10 minutes. The heat opens your pores and lets the active ingredients work at their best. This is the closest you get to a baby face.
