Sweat itself doesn't smell: odour forms when bacteria on the skin break down the fats and proteins in sweat. A good body routine therefore does three things: it cleanses without drying, removes dead skin cells and reduces sweat where odour starts.

WHAT

CARL&SON Body Care Kit contains everything you need for a complete body routine.

Shower Gel 200ml is a refreshing, lightly foaming shower gel that cleanses effectively without drying out the skin. Mild, plant-based cleansing agents remove dirt and oil, while glycerin and a moisture-binding sugar complex leave the skin feeling soft and comfortable. Contains the CARL&SON signature scent. The formula is 96% ingredients of natural origin.

Body Sponge is a konjac sponge made from the root of the konjac plant. It softens in water and gently removes dead skin cells as you wash, leaving the skin smoother. Biodegradable.

Antiperspirant Deodorant 50ml is a roll-on that reduces sweating and keeps you dry and fresh for 24 hours. The formula dries quickly and contains sunflower seed oil, which softens the sensitive skin under the arms. The formula is 98% ingredients of natural origin.

HOW

Soak Body Sponge in warm water until soft, then squeeze out the excess. Apply Shower Gel to the sponge, work up a lather and wash in circular movements. Rinse with lukewarm water, as water that is too hot dries out the skin. Rinse the sponge after use, squeeze out the water and hang it to dry. Apply Antiperspirant Deodorant to clean, dry underarms, preferably in the evening, when sweat glands are least active. Let it dry before getting dressed.
