The Foundation Of Great Skin

FACT

Your skin is a living shield built in three layers. The epidermis on the outside renews itself daily by shedding dead cells and producing new ones. The dermis underneath is home to collagen, elastin and sebum, the three things that keep skin firm, elastic and hydrated. The hypodermis at the base cushions, insulates and connects everything to muscle and bone. Three layers. Three jobs. All running without you noticing.

IMPACT

When all four cornerstones, collagen, elastin, sebum and cell renewal are in balance, your skin looks and feels good. When they are not, you see it. Collagen breaks down and lines appear. Cell renewal slows and skin looks dull. Sebum goes out of balance and you get shine or dryness. None of this is inevitable. It is what happens when skin does not get what it needs.

DO THIS

Cleanse daily to manage sebum and clear dead cells. Exfoliate 1—3 times a week to keep cell renewal moving. Moisturise every day to protect collagen and elastin. Use a serum for deeper support. Four simple habits that keep all four cornerstones strong.Take care of yourself. It is worth it.
